Mil? Murtanovski is one of Prince Edward County's most prolific artists and one of its greatest advocates; over the last few years he has painted hundreds of pictures of the people and places that make this island so special. Pastoral vistas, local farmers, and significant landmarks have featured prominently in his recent work, but his interests don't stop there; with a painter's eye, Mil? can find the beauty in the everyday, painting classic cars, architecture, and rendering the human figure in such a way that his subjects seem to glow from within. Preferring to work in oils, Mil? still enjoys painting in watercolours and inks. You can see hundreds of examples of his artwork on his regularly-updated blog.

Now in its eighth year, the gallery at Small Pond Arts is located minutes from downtown Picton on an 87-acre art farm. You're invited to explore Small Pond's walking trails which feature an ever-evolving display of outdoor art installations. Countless visitors describe the experience as "magical." Come see for yourself!

The Gallery will re-open in 2018
but will be by appointment only.
